One master bedroom with a double bed and many fitted storage drawers and cupboards. As well as for the second bedroom with 2 single beds.
From the wide landing stair leads to a spacious living area on the left side and a western style kitchen on the right side with fitted cupboards and all necessary appliances. In between is the teak diner table.
The house has central air-conditioning throughout with discreetly hidden outlets. There is a private water supply from main well through a filtration system.
Outside the green ceramic 4 x 14 meter swimming pool with its pool deck and gazebo is surrounded by rice fields facing the jungle.
